CBD has been shown to reduce the heart rate and even lower blood pressure associated with stress. One study demonstrated that “acute administration of CBD reduces resting blood pressure and the blood pressure increase [due] to stress in humans, associated with increased heart rate.”

Studies have suggested that CBD can relieve all types of anxiety, such as social anxiety disorder, panic disorder, PTSD, obsessive-compulsive disorder and more. So, no matter why you need a little “chill pill,” CBD may be able to help take the edge off.
